Sanjay Tikku
Sanjay Tikku is the founder and CEO of DTA, Inc. Sanjay is an expert in Oracle database design, administration and maintenance. He has worked on Oracle database related projects for over 15 years and has been working in the IT industry for over 25 years. Sanjay is an expert at providing time-critical database solutions to corporations around the globe - whether they are experiencing performance and stability related crises with their Oracle databases, or they need out-of-the box design help for a complex Oracle database. Shawn Tozeski
Shawn Tozeski is the Team Lead for Database Administration Services. Shawn has over 12 years of experience with Oracle database administration supporting mission critical databases for Fortune 500 companies. His focus is Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) for mission critical transactional databases and ASM technologies on Linux, UNIX and Windows platforms. He is highly skilled in the area of database performance tuning using Oracle Automated Session History (ASH), Automatic Workload Repository (AWR), Automatic Database Diagnostic Monitor (ADDM) and Oracle Grid Control. JAMES FRANCO
Jim Franco is the Team Lead for Database Consulting Services and an Oracle DBA Certified Master. Jim has worked for almost 10 years specializing in areas of Oracle database administration, design and development. Jim has extensive, hands-on experience with several advanced features of Oracle including Data Warehousing for Very Large Databases (VLDBs), Oracle GRID, Oracle Advanced Security for HIPAA compliant databases, Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC), Oracle Data Guard (DG), Enterprise Manager Grid Control (EMGC) and Oracle XML DB. He is proficient in the realm of the PostgreSQL Database for development and administration, and also has a strong background in database related application development. I have worked with DTA for over four years. We began working together at the point where our customer base was beginning to grow and our home-grown data warehouse was suffering scalability issues. DTA helped guide us towards a more scalable solution that is still in use today at over 100 customers, many of whom have multi-terabyte data warehouses. When it came time to design our new data warehouse, we worked closely together with DTA to specify, design, and implement a highly scalable Oracle Enterprise Edition data warehouse. DTA has been involved in many customer support issues. They always work extremely well with engineering and customers to perform root cause analysis. They are unbiased, thorough, and their Oracle knowledge is superb. If you are looking for a DBA or someone to work more closely with you as an implementation partner, I recommend DTA without hesitation. You won't be disappointed.
