Our Backup DBA Service plans offer a cost-effective alternative to hiring additional staff. We integrate our DBA team with your staff to provide proactive database support. We have sophisticated proprietary tools for database management and monitoring that enable us to offer you support at affordable prices. If your DBA support needs change you can simply increase or decrease the level of service you are getting from us. It is a lot easier and cheaper than dealing with hiring full-time staff.
Backup DBA Support Pricing Our pricing is by database instances. However, if you have an application environment consisting of multiple databases (production, test and development) then we will price it by the environment at a substantial discount for related databases.

Gold-Backup Support
This is our premium service plan to provide supplemental support for your critical production databases. If your up time needs are > 99% then this is the support plan to use.
This support plan is designed to backup your DBA staff by providing off-hours support. This ensures around the clock DBA support for your databases and includes, among other things, the following:
- 24x7x365 Team Availability for DBA Coverage
- Off Hours Support for weekdays and weekends
- IMMEDIATE response to any database emergency
- Sub 2 hour response to any database non-emergency
- Daily maintenance jobs to keep the database tuned
- Regular performance monitoring and tuning
- Regular space monitoring and optimization
- Manage and maintain daily scheduled backups
- Resolving all error messages in database logs
- Available for scheduled outage tasks

Silver-Backup Support
This is our standard service plan to provide supplemental support for production and non-production databases.
This support plan is intended to backup your DBA staff by providing on-demand support. This means you call us for support when you need us. This plan includes, among other things, the following:
- 24x7x365 Team Availability for DBA Coverage
- Sub 1 hour response to any database emergency
- Same day response to any database non-emergency
- Available for scheduled outage tasks

Additional Services
