Backup DBA Support Pricing Our pricing is by database instances. However, if you have an application environment consisting of multiple databases (production, test and development) then we will price it by the environment at a substantial discount for related databases.

Off Hours Support for weekdays and weekends
IMMEDIATE response to any database emergency
Sub 2 hour response to any database non-emergency

Manage and maintain daily scheduled backups

This is our standard service plan to provide supplemental support for production and non-production databases.

This support plan is intended to backup your DBA staff by providing on-demand support. This means you call us for support when you need us. This plan includes, among other things, the following:
