Our Remote DBA Support plans offer a cost-effective alternative to a full-time DBA. We have sophisticated proprietary tools for database administration and monitoring which we combine with tools provided by Oracle and SQL Server. This enables us to offer database support at affordable prices.

For remote DBA Support, our pricing is by database instances. However, if you have an application environment consisting of multiple databases (production, test and development) then we will price it by the environment at a substantial discount for related databases.

Support Plans Summary

Gold-Remote Support

This is our premium service plan for critical production databases intended to provide around the clock support for databases. If your up time needs are > 99% then this is the support plan to use.

This support plan is intended to cover ALL your database needs for production systems and includes, among other things, the following:

  • 24 x 7 x 365 Team DBA Coverage
  • 24 X 7 X 365 monitoring of the database environment
  • IMMEDIATE response to any database emergency
  • Sub 2 hour response to any database non-emergency
  • Daily maintenance jobs to keep the database tuned
  • Regular performance monitoring and tuning
  • Regular space monitoring and optimization
  • Manage and maintain daily scheduled backups
  • Resolving all error messages in database logs

Silver Remote Support

This is our standard service plan for production and non-production databases intended to provide business hours support for databases. If your up time needs are < 99% then you could consider this support plan.

This support plan includes, among other things, the following:

  • Business Hours Team DBA Coverage
  • 24 X 7 X 365 monitoring of the database environment
  • Sub 1 hour response to any database emergency
  • Same day response to any database non-emergency
  • Daily maintenance jobs to keep the database tuned
  • Manage and maintain daily scheduled backups
  • Resolving all error messages in database logs
